My Why: Moving Forward (Gut and Soul Included) ✨

I’ve been sharing pieces of my routine—workouts, food rhythms, daily structure—but here’s the truth: all of it really comes down to why I do it.

For me, the “why” is simple but powerful: moving forward.

Moving forward means not staying stuck in the past. It means choosing growth over cycles, choosing health over habits, choosing peace over chaos. It’s become my anchor, the reminder I come back to when things feel messy or heavy.

And here’s a piece of my story: most of my adult life, I’ve struggled with digestive issues. For the longest time, I thought it was just about food. But over the years, I realized it was tied to so much more—my mental health, my physical well-being, my spiritual state, and yes, what I was eating and drinking too.

Stress, imbalance, rushed meals, ignoring my body… it all added up.

So when I finally decided to get my life together, it wasn’t just about putting a schedule in place. It was about creating a rhythm that nourished me—body, mind, and spirit. It was about finding habits that were good for my gut and good for my soul.

That’s why I meal prep. That’s why I build my weeks with workouts and rest. That’s why I start my mornings with intention instead of chaos.

Because moving forward isn’t just about discipline—it’s about healing.

And let me tell you—my gut (literally and spiritually) is thankful. 😉

So here’s the question I’ll leave with you: what’s your “why” for moving forward?

Because once you know your why, every routine, every choice, and every step starts to make sense.
