Moving Forward-One Rep, One Day at a Time 💪✨

Let’s get into the details, shall we?

My weekly rhythm has become a steady anchor in my life. I work out 5 days a week—2 days of lifting, 1 day of active rest, and then 2 more days of lifting before giving myself 2 full rest days. Each week rotates, each day looks a little different, but the mindset stays the same: moving forward.

Because here’s the truth—life doesn’t move unless you do.

And no, I don’t just mean the kind of movement that leaves you sweating through your favorite leggings (though lifting will definitely do that). I mean the choices, the daily commitments, and the small steps that help us grow into the people we’re meant to be.

For me, this routine isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about chasing progress. It’s about showing up for myself in a way that keeps me focused, clear-headed, and aligned with the bigger vision of where I want to go.

Some days it’s easy, some days I’d rather trade my workout for a nap and an extra-large coffee, but that’s where discipline steps in. Discipline is what bridges the gap between who I am and who I’m becoming.

So let me toss the question back to you: what do you do to keep moving forward in your life?

Maybe it’s a daily walk. Maybe it’s carving out prayer time. Maybe it’s journaling, or a small routine that brings peace to your day. Whatever it looks like, it’s those small, consistent choices that carry us into the bigger story God is writing.

So here’s to moving forward—rep by rep, day by day, step by step.

And for the record, yes—coffee counts as fuel for moving forward. ☕😉
